Employment Application

We strive to provide convenient ways for our applicants to apply for employment with the City of Madisonville. 

Here are two ways you can apply:

1. You may pick up an application from City Hall located at 67 N. Main Street, M-F, 8 am to 4 pm.; or
2. Submit your application by downloading the Employment Application and returning it to the following address:
