The City of Madisonville Department of Human Resources accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Applications are kept on active file for a period of six (6) months. It is the responsibility of the applicants to update his/her application, as to allow current information to be maintained on file.

Applicants applying for positions that require driver's license, education, certification, and training, must provide documentation at time of application.

Applications for Police Officer and Fire fighter must contain a copy of the applicant's certified birth certificate, driver's license and high school diploma and also a copy of applicant's DD2Y4 if in the armed forces.
