Collection of Loose Leaves Scheduled

The City of Madisonville Sanitation Department began picking up loose leaves on Monday, October 29, 2007 and will continue to do so until January 5, 2008.  To better serve our customers during this process we ask that everyone follow these simple guidelines:

  • Rake your leaves to the edge of your yard 
  • Do not place the leaves on the sidewalk or street
  • Be sure the leaves are free of limbs or unwanted yard debris

Vacuum trucks will be in the following areas during the weeks listed below:

10/29/07-11/03/07          Southwest
11/05/07-11/10/07          Southeast
11/12/07-11/17/07          Northeast
11/26/07-12/01/07          Northwest

Each area will be covered a second time according to the following schedule:

12/03/07-12/08/07          Southwest
12/10/07-12/15/07          Southeast
12/17/07-12/22/07          Northeast
01/02/08-01/05/08          Northwest
