Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule Sanitary Survey

The Division of Water conducted an Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule Sanitary Survey of the Madisonville Light & Water on September 10, 2007.  A copy of the survey is attached.  No deficiencies were found during the survey.
