How can I obtain a report? Is there a fee?

• Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

  We will send a single copy of the requested report. There is no charge for this copy.



• Come by the Madisonville Police Department during regular business hours. There is no charge for a single copy.
  
  If the wreck or incident happened within the last week, you should call or email us to make sure the report is ready before you come by.



• If you cannot come by during business hours, call us at 270.821.1720. The records section will leave a copy of the report with the 24-hour a day Central Dispatch, and you can pick up the report any time.
