Loose Leaves
Vacuum trucks will pick up loose leaves.
Beginning in October or November, a schedule is established for each area of the city for leaf pick up. This list is published in the local newspaper, The Messenger "Town Crier" section, and also announced over the local radio stations.
Leaves should be raked to the edge of the lawn, but not on the sidewalk or in the street. Each area will be run twice before the end of the leaf season. It is not necessary to call the office.
Leaves should not contain limbs or unwanted yard debris.
